was very good - now faulty

orbi tools was a brilliant tool for moving contacts between groups / servers. I used it to move mistakenly created private addresses in my company exchange account to my iphone. Recently, it happens all the time that orbi tools moves only the name, but everything else is missing. This way, I lost several phone numbers because I discovered the fault too late.
I hope they can fix it, or I have to move to a different tool.
